1. Should you opt to purchase our Living Trays without accompanying hydroponic systems, an additional deposit of $50 is required for the delivery of items with a designated delivery base. This base is reusable and can be replaced during subsequent deliveries. If you choose not to proceed with future orders, a refund of the $50 deposit will be initiated within 3-7 days upon receiving your refund request. However, if you place a subsequent order, the $50 deposit will be applicable once again.

2. An additional deposit of $10 per kit is required for the delivery of Living Microgreens. The kit is reusable and can be replaced during subsequent deliveries. If you choose not to proceed with future orders, a refund of the $10 deposit will be initiated within 3-7 days upon receiving your refund request. However, if you place a subsequent order, the $10 deposit will be applicable once again.

3. In the event that you are not available at the scheduled time of delivery, your Living Greens will be placed in a suitable dry and cool location or as per your specified instructions. We strongly recommend promptly retrieving the delivery and relocating it indoors to minimise potential damage to your produce.

4. If any items are not delivered, or if the quantity supplied is less than invoiced, Plant Factory will rectify the situation during the next delivery. In the event that the undelivered items or deficit quantity cannot be supplied within 7 days due to stock unavailability or other reasons, a refund for the deficit quantity will be processed within 3 to 7 days.

5. Requests for replacement of damaged or spoiled items must be submitted to our customer care team within 2 days. If replacements cannot be provided, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 days.
