Type A Seedling Module

A set of standard 5-layer Type A Seedling Module includes 4 sets of modules holding 100 universal plug trays (27cm*54cm) at a time and a total of 100 LED fixtures, working at a rated power of 1800W. A set of Type A Seedling Module can produce between 5,000-12,800 seedlings, at a single layer height of 250mm. It covers an area of 4.68 square meters and has a planting area of 16.8 square meters. This production capacity is comparable to the planting requirement of 3.3 acres farmland, based on 3000 seedlings per acre of farmland. The advantage of Type A Seedling Module is its detachable seedbeds, which can be easily removed from the light frame and shuttle between the workstations in large commercial settings, saving time and effort, to realize efficient operation.

 

Type B Seedling Module

A set of standard 6-layer (customizable 4-10 layers) Type B Seedling Module combines 4 single sets holding 48 grow rafts (60cm*90cm) at a time and a total of 192 LED fixtures, working at a rated power of 2160W. A set of Type B Seedling Module can produce more than 8,000 seedlings, at a single layer height of 200mm (customizable). It covers an area of 5.07 square meters and has a planting area of 26 square meters. This production capacity is comparable to the planting requirement of 2.7 acres farmland, based on 3000 seedlings per acre of farmland. As each module can be used and sold separately, the advantage of Type B Seedling Module is its cost efficiency, which is suitable for small to medium greenhouse and indoor settings.
